The Herb of Invisibility (Japanese: 消え去り草) is a herb introduced in the Nintendo DS port of Shiren 1. Consuming it will make Shiren invisible for 14 turns, including the turn you eat it. On the 15th turn, you will revert back to normal status. It can also be thrown at a Monster or NPC to make them invisible for 14 turns. The Herb of Invisibility is for some reason one of the rarest items in the game. Many players never come across this item naturally as it seldomly spawns, thus they have to resort to utilizing a rescue password in order to obtain one if they desire it. In future Shiren the Wanderer titles, this item becomes a little more common than it is in Shiren DS, allowing players to actually enjoy using the item occasionally.

The Herb of Invisibility (Japanese: 消え去り草) is a herb introduced in the Nintendo DS port of Nintendo DS Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer. Consuming it will make Shiren Invisible for 14 turns, including the turn you eat it. On the fifteenth turn, you will revert back to normal status. It can also be thrown at a Monster or Character to make them invisible for 14 turns. The Herb of Invisibility is one of the rarest items in the game. Many players never come across this item naturally as it seldom spawns, thus they have to resort to utilizing a rescue password in order to obtain one if they desire it. In future Shiren the Wanderer titles, this item becomes a little more common than it is in Shiren 1 DS, allowing players to actually enjoy using the item occasionally.

Tips For Use

 • This herb is one of the most powerful items in the game as once you become invisible, no monster will target you for any reason. This can allow you to escape nearly any critical situation.
 • This herb can only be found in shops within Fay's Final Puzzle from floor 51 and above. Keep your eyes peeled!
 • A cursed Herb of Invisibility is required to level up the Borg Mamel at level 72. This fact prevents many players from achieving the feat of maxing out the Borg Mamels level due to this herbs high rarity.
