The Air Slayer (Japanese: 斬空剣) is a Weapon introduced in the Nintendo DS port of Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer. It bears the (Air) Rune which inflicts 200% damage to Floating-type Monsters. This includes:

Air Slayers are very common and there are many Floating-type Monster families that are vulnerable.

Tips For Use

Combine a weapon with an Air Slayer in a Melding Jar to add the seal to the weapon.
Because Floating-type Monsters are naturally immune to Traps, the seal of an Air Slayer is an optimal solution to defeating them, rather than reading a rare Super Trap Scroll.
