The Alertness Armband (Japanese: 乱夢の腕輪) is an Armband introduced in the DS port of 
Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer. This armband is a combination of the Calm and Sleepless armbands. It can only be obtained as a rescue reward.
Wearing an Alertness Armband will prevent Shiren from being Confused or put to Sleep
