For the lore page, see Shiren:Rotten Riceball.

Rotten Riceballs (Japanese: くさったおにぎり) is created when Shiren triggers a Rotten Trap and has Riceballs in the inventory that are not inside Jars. Monsters that trigger a Rotten Trap while Shiren is a Trap Master will be transformed into Rotten Riceballs and fall on the floor.

Eating a Rotten Riceball will only restore 30 current Fullness, and will not increase Shiren's maximum fullness if eaten while full.

Eating a Rotten Riceball will deal 5 damage to Shiren and cause one of these negative effects:

Tips For Use

  • In dungeons where Rotten Riceballs are plentiful, particularly in the Scroll Cave from using Rotten Traps against monsters, they can be thrown at Rice Changer Family Monsters to deal 100 damage, instantly defeating them if they hit to accumulate Experience on lower floors.
  • Rotten Riceballs can be a sustainable food source in the Scroll Cave, though this may not be optimal due to their negative effects.
