The Sleepless Armband (Japanese: 眠りよけの腕輪) is an Armband introduced in the Nintendo DS port of  Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer.

Wearing this armband will prevent Shiren from falling 'Asleep' by the following:

• Triggering Sleeping Gas Traps.
• Sleeping Herbs overall, which are also thrown by Sleep Radishes.
• The magic ability of Skull Demons with a sleeping effect.
• Sleep effect magic from a Skull Staff bolt, reflected back at Shiren by a Air Devil Family Monster.

The effect of a Sleepless Armband is included in several "rescue reward" armbands: the Alertness Armband, the Pure Armband, and the Vigilant Armband.

When something tries to put Shiren to sleep.

Your armband prevented sleep.

Tips For Use

• A Sleepless Armband is a necessity for the Ravine of the Dead, Sleep Radishes are abundant and Red and Grey Slimes will continue to decrease your Weapon and Shield power and removing Runes while you are asleep, making difficult, if not impossible to continue the adventure after waking up.
