The Super Trap Scroll (Japanese: ワナがけの巻物) was introduced to the Nintendo DS port of Template:GameTitle.
Normally, as Traps are placed on the floor, only walking Monsters are affected by them. Reading a Super Trap Scroll will now make all enemies vulnerable to traps, which now includes Floating-type monsters.
This effect maintained for the entire time Shiren is on a floor, leaving the current floor will remove the effect. Transforming into a monster by consuming Monster Meat will not remove this effect, though in order for it to be activated, Shiren must either have a Trap Armband equipped, or currently be a Mecharoid Family Monster.
Reading a second Super Trap Scroll on the same floor will yield a 'But nothing happened' message.
Tips For Use
- Read after awakening a Monster and with a Trap Armband equipped (or become a Mecharoid Family Monster), to have traps affect all monsters contained.
