Life Book (Japanese: 命の宝典) is a Book in 
Etrian Mystery Dungeon that can be used to permanently increase a Character's max HP by 5.
Locations
One Life Book is given by Sarah Stein for completing 50% of the Monster Tome, and another one is given for completing 50% of the Item Almanac. They can also be found in Treasures Rooms at the bottom of Mysterious Forest and at the bottom the extended version of the first 6 dungeons if you have a Key to open the door.
Tips For Use
