2 Armory Scrolls are given as a reward of the quests Cyanite miners wanted, Don't make your sister cry and Your sister was looking for you.
Tips For Use
Armory Scroll is used to improve equipment. It should be used in priority on weapons of classes who use them to fight. It means that classes who only use skills in battle like Hexer, Runemaster and Medic are not a priority. With Melding, it's possible to add enchantments to a weapon and transfer them to a better weapon later. That's why it's possible to start enchanting weapons once you've got some Armory Scrolls rather than waiting until you've got the best weapon available.
