Rod (Japanese: ロッド) is a Staff in Etrian Mystery Dungeon. It has 11 Attack, raises max TP by 7 and can be Forged twice to add additional effects.

Locations

Rod can be bought at Chano Retail for 825 Ental after selling 1 Fiery Rind, 1 Teak Wood and 1 Small Flower.

Rod can be found in Emerald Copse, Pristine Stream, Emerald Copse (extended) and Pristine Stream (extended).

Rod is given to Runemasters and Hexers as default equipment in Search Forts and Attack Forts.

Forging

Up to 2 additional effects can be added by Forging. Forging requires to having sold 1 Iridescent Ore and 2 Sturdy Timber, each time.

Melding

When another Weapon is Melded with Rod, the cost is 100 Ental for each enchantment added.
