Brilliance Belt can be bought at Chano Retail for 300 Ental after selling 1 Frog Cheek and 1 Mint.

A Brilliance Belt is given to Hexers when entering Phantom Depths and Mysterious Forest.

A Brilliance Belt is given to Hexers as default equipment in Attack Forts, Basic Forts, Fire Forts, Ice Forts, Search Forts, Storage Forts and Volt Forts.
