Item Almanac (Japanese: アイテム辞典) is a Key Item in 
Etrian Mystery Dungeon. This item allows the player to see the list of items obtained by the player. It can be accessed in the menu "Reference" > "Item Almanac" and in Stein Labs.
When using the Item Almanac, the bottom screen shows the list of items organized with tabs for weapons, accessories, other equipment, usable items and materials. Key Items are not listed in the Item Almanac. For each item, it is possible to see a description and the selling price of the item. For equipment, it is possible to see materials required to create the item, its effects when equipped and the items required to forge the item when possible. For materials, it is possible to see the first dungeon the player found the material and which monsters drop it when it is a Monster Drop.
In addition, when accessed from Stein Labs, the top screen displays the 3D model of the first character in the team, wielding the selected item if the item is a Shield or a Weapon.
When the player looks at the Item Almanac when it is 10% complete, the player is rewarded with a Yggdrasil Leaf. When the player looks at the Item Almanac when it is 50% complete, they receive one Book for each stat. When the Item Almanac is complete, the player is rewarded with the Eagle Crest and the Medal.

I used to worry... that I'd never see even half of it filled out. But now... gosh. You have no idea how happy this makes me! It's... touching, almost! Sasha's really happy about it too! We were just talking about how we wanted to repay you somehow. So here's a present from the both of us. We picked it out together. I really hope you can find a use for it!
