Etrian Mystery Dungeon. It has 15 Defense, reduces damage taken from Volt attacks and can be Forged twice to add additional effects.

Lunar Shield can be bought at Chano Retail for 660 Ental after selling 2 Cursed Bone and 2 Tough Vine.
Lunar Shield is the reward of the quest Bring me a Black Crab Shell.
Lunar Shield can be found in Mountain Cleft, Thunderous Cave, Burning Cave, Utopia and Champion's Hall.
Forging
Up to 2 additional effects can be added by Forging. Forging requires to having sold 1 Tiger's Eye, 1 Shea Fruit and 1 Cave Palm Bark, each time.
Melding
When another Shield is Melded with Lunar Shield, the cost is 400 Ental for each enchantment added.
