Key Items (Japanese: キーアイテム) in Etrian Mystery Dungeon are items obtained when progressing through the story, or given as rewards for quests. They are visible in the Key tab of the player's inventory. These items cannot be used but can unlock features in the game such as new Blast Skills or new Forge effects.
