This Fay's Puzzles page is about the Nintendo DS Release. For the Super Famicom Release, see Shiren 1 SFC:Fay's Puzzles.
For all Fay's Puzzles pages across the wiki, see Shiren:Fay's Puzzles.
Fay's Puzzles (Japanese: フェイの問題) are tutorial puzzles in Template:GameTitle. They help the player understand gameplay aspects and strategies of the game. A puzzle is entered by talking to Fay the Researcher in Canyon Hamlet.
Upon starting a puzzle, Shiren will be reduced to level 1, be given starting stats, and lose any items and/or Gitan on hand. The levels and items aren't retained outside of the puzzles, but Fay will give a random item reward for success. Nothing that happens in Fay's Puzzles will register in the Adventure Log, and scrolls read will not count towards Blank Scroll entries.

Trivia
- Fay's Puzzles have an unused The Winds of Kron value set at 9,900. Using cheats to set the count to 0 will cause the player to fail their current puzzle.[1]
