Single Strike 2 (Japanese: ???) is one of the 50 Fay's Puzzles in Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer.
Solution
- Pick up both Herbs next to Shiren and eat the Herb of Sight. You can now see a Landmine Trap in the room.
- Move upwards into the next room with three Monsters, move two squares forwards into the room so the monsters appear as so.
- Move down back through the hallway with the monsters following until Shiren is 3 squares into the starting room.
- Move diagonally up and to the right onto the landmine trap, with some luck, it'll trigger and defeat two of the monsters. If not, examine Shiren's "Underfoot" and manually trigger the trap.
- Trigger the trap again, or defeat the last monster by attacking. Hold the A and B buttons together to regain Shiren's health.
- Move into the next room and collect the Medicinal Herb there. Go through the top hallway and move 1 square into the next room. Backtrack through the hallway, move one 1 square into the previous room and move diagonally once to the bottom right.
- Attack once to waste a turn, then take a step up onto the trap. If the trap doesn't trigger, only one monster will be attacking Shiren, so examine Shiren's "Underfoot" and manually trigger it.
- Once both monsters are defeated, another will step into view. Manually trigger again to defeat them. As there are no more monsters, move upwards and take the stairs.

- Landmine Trap create an explosion within a 3 x 3 area surrounding them
