Fay's Puzzles (Japanese: フェイの問題) are a series of 50 puzzles in  Mystery Dungeon 2: Shiren the Wanderer. Each puzzle is entered by talking to Fay the Researcher in Canyon Hamlet. They are played in order from 1 to 50. When one is completed, Fay grants access to the next one. Only one problem can be completed during each Adventure. Once the next Adventure begins, the player can start the next problem.

Upon starting a puzzle, Shiren will be reduced to level 1, be given starting stats, and lose any Items and/or Gitan on hand. The levels and items aren't retained outside of the puzzles, but Fay will give a random item reward for success.
