Discussion

We've been using navboxes as to-do lists and pseudo Project pages, which lowers the quality of articles by having giant, out of place wish lists that should instead be on project pages. Template:Shiren the Wanderer (series) Characters Navbox is one instance where we can easily avoid this problem without splitting every single navbox into a navbox and a project page (which is something we should eventually consider). If someone wants these character pages linked in the characters navbox, they should make the page first. There's no point in showing readers a list of pages we wish existed, now that we have Project pages serving that purpose in a prettier and more efficient format.
