Seki (Japanese: セキ) is a character in Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer series. She made her debut in / Shiren the Wanderer: The Mystery Dungeon of Serpentcoil Island in 2024.

Shiren 6
Seki is a ninja excelling in combat, and the daughter of Madara, the leader of the Madara-gumo ninja clan. After the death of Seki's mother, Madara began to demand the clan to be merciless without exception, and turned into a monster alongside the younger men of the clan, who became Tree Ninjas, Earth Ninjas, Water Ninjas, Fire Ninjas, and Metal Ninjas. They demanded that Seki joins them, but instead she, along with the women, children, and older men of the clan, rebelled against Madara and went into hiding in a mountain village on Serpentcoil Island.
When Shiren and Koppa visit the village, they overhear a conversation between the men of the village, and fear that their secret has been discovered. They trick and imprison the two, however Seki couldn't bring herself to kill them or have someone else do it for her, and asks them to keep the secret. Nonetheless, Madara's men explore the island their search and eventually find Uroko. Seki arrives in time to rescue Uroko from an Earth Ninja, one of their previous allies, and finds herself forced to kill the monster to protect the village, after some convincing by Uroko.
Despite that, the monsters eventually find the village, and Madara asks Seki to visit him alone at Yamakagashi Pass, where they try to convince one another to change their ways. Shiren, Koppa, and the rest of the village find out about the situation, the older men consider themselves unable to defeat Madara, so Shiren and Koppa offer their help. The two reach Seki and Madara in time, and together they kill Madara, which at that point Seki considers to unfortunately be the only way to solve the problem. Back at the village, Koppa reassures Seki over what happened.
