Fay's Puzzle #030 is one of the 50 puzzles unlocked initially in 
Solution
Walk down at first and then diagonally up to safely reach the Staff. Postpone the Crossbowboy. Then upon reaching the next room, pick up the Switching Staff and feel free to throw your Staff of Postpone at the Gather. Pick up the Jar and then throw the Hiding Jar at the postponed Crossbowboy on the Stairs. After that, just switch with the jarred Crossbowboy.
