Pick up the Herb and then eat it. Pick up the Staff of Paralysis. Now intentionally trip the Summons Trap in the center of the room. The goal here is to gain Experience safely. Spawn Mamels, dispatch them all, heal up and trip it again. You want to spawn Mouse Minions or enough Mamels in order to Level up. When you spawn the monsters and before you get to kill them off, figure out the safest way to reach either of the hallways. Once you are in a hallway, use the Staff of Paralysis to safely heal up in the hallway, then once at full, proceed to kill all of the enemies you spawned. After you level up, head into the room on the right-hand side. Then walk diagonally up and right, then tank the trap damage and proceed to walk through the Stairs. You need about 16 HP to survive the two Poison Dart Traps.
