Fay's Puzzle #032 is one of the 50 puzzles unlocked initially in 
Solution
Pick up and eat the Herb of Sight, then use the Spring Trap to warp. Step on the Alarm Trap to wake up all of the Egg Things, then pass turns rapidly while standing by the water so the Egg Things notice you and warp away. Wait until they all warp away, then step on the Spring Trap and you should land near the Stairs.
