Fay's Puzzle #027 is one of the 50 puzzles unlocked initially in 
Solution
Pick up Pickaxe. Dig straight through the center tile of the wall to your immediate left, until you open it for the Gathers. Then walk backward and choose either up or down to walk around the wall and pick up the Herb on the ground. Eat the Warp Herb and the game should send you to the next area.
There is a Popster Tank in this area, and it moves every other turn, so keep that in mind. It will also only do 10 damage to you. Dig some open space for you to maneuver in but don't remove all of them. Then open up any one of the walls by the Popster Tank and the Stairs. You will probably get shot for doing so but that is fine. Simply lure the Popster Tank out by moving around and then make your way to the stairs safely. The Popstar Tanks blast can not destroy walls in this game.
