Fay's Puzzle #033 is one of the 50 puzzles unlocked initially in 
Solution
Pick up both Items. Throw the Scroll of Removal at either of the two enemies in front of you, it doesn't matter. Then switch with the remaining one. Head up and grab the Items in the next room. Equip the Armband and then walk back to the hallway. Line up Diagonally with the two Death Angels, then throw the Scroll of Removal so you are only hitting the two Death Angels. Then you can take two steps down and be lined up diagonally with the Evil Veteran. Throw your Switching Staff to swap places with him, and walk to the Stairs.
