Fay's Puzzle #031 is one of the 50 puzzles unlocked initially in 
Solution
Get both Items. Use the Jar Growth Scroll on the Walrus Jar and then grab two Items of the four Items with the Walrus Jar. Use the Extraction Scroll on your Jar, then grab the other two Items. Break the Walrus Jar to get the last two items out of it, then head to the left with all 4 Items in tow. After you walk into the room to wake up the Monsters, walk back into the hallway just 1 step. Throw your Big Riceball at the Rice Master to kill it. Then throw your Restorative Herb at the Death Angel to kill that, the Leech Worm will not kill you since you have now leveled up sufficiently. Then finish off the Leech Worm by throwing the Antidote Herb at it. Walk to Stairs.
