Fay's Puzzle #029 is one of the 50 puzzles unlocked initially in 
Solution
Pick up both Staves. Use the Knockback Staff on the Pacorepkin. Pass turns until the Pacorepkin lines up with you and is over a water tile. Then use the Switching Staff on it to force yourself to warp to the other room. In this room, use the Knockback Staff on the Fluffy Bunny at a diagonal angle to knock it out of the box. Then switch with the Gather to reach the Stairs.
