Pick up the four Items, then walk down and lure the two Curse Girls to get stuck at the bottom by passing a single turn once they are level with you. Then head to the top right and equip the Rustless Armband, Shield and Pickaxe. Dig out of the top right and head straight up after getting out of your little island. Ignore the Green Slime and dig once or twice into the wall. Now take the time to kill all 5 enemies, one at a time, switching Armbands as necessary. After they are all dead, head up through the main path and pick up both Iron Shields, take care not to walk past the Iron Shields so the Death Reaper doesn't come after you. Now throw all of your Shields and Pickaxe at the Death Reaper to safely kill it, then just walk to the Stairs.
