Pick up the top Scroll, then walk up so the enemies are not covering the other Scroll. Read the Scroll to Paralyze the two enemies. Walk around them and pick up the other Scroll. Carefully continue to walk around them until you can align yourself up with the room's exit and head into the hallway and then down with the last Gather chasing you the whole way. Pick up the Herb in this bottom room and walk one tile up, then read your Scroll of Need to paralyze the two Gathers. Finally, walk around into the last room, and upon entering it, pass one turn then throw the Poison Herb at the gather. Proceed to safely walk to the staircase however you see fit.
