History
Shiren 6
Tugai and his crew come to Serpentcoil Island with the goal of claiming for themselves all of the treasure on the island. Once there, they meet their long time rivals, the Red Orca Pirates, including Hibiki. Tugai appears to not be in good terms with Hibiki, and seems to have an arrogant attitude with her. However, Hibiki is eventually surprised when he lets her keep her Mixer monster friend Mick, and says he wants her to be happy. This is the beginning of the two realizing their feelings for one another.
Tugai gains an interest in the treasure of Kiki Island, a smaller island near Serpentcoil Island, so he goes there to explore.
