The V-Wheel.

The V-Wheel (Japanese: Vルーレット), also known as V-Spin, is an object in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series. It made its debut in Victini's V-Spin Dungeon in 2012.

It is owned by Victini, who uses it to change the V-Wave of the day during V-Wave season.

History

Gates to Infinity

Victini appears at the beginning of V-Wave season and decides to set up the V-Wheel in Paradise Center. He is enthusiastic about the V-Wheel and always invites nearby Pokémon to spin the wheel.

Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon

When Victini is asked what he did with the V-Wheel, he explains that he didn't bring it with him.

Name Etymology

The V likely stands for "victory". The word "wheel" refers to its circular shape, and the word "spin" to its ability to rotate. In Japanese, the word "roulette" is used instead.
