Artificial Pokémon (Japanese: じんぞうポケモン) are Pokémon that have been created or drastically changed by humans in the main-series Pokémon games. While there is evidence in the Pokémon World to show that humans did exist, it's not apparent when or how each of these Pokémon came to be modified by humans, as humans are seen as a myth by most Pokémon in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon.

Trivia
- Deoxys presents a conundrum in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series lore, as it was a virus that was exposed to a laser that turned it into a Pokémon in the main-series games.[1] In
/Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team, it came crashing down into the Pokémon world on a meteor that was destroyed by Rayquaza, and realized he lost his memories as he woke up. It is possible that Deoxys existed long before the events of Rescue Team, and was riding a meteor as seen in the beginning of Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon.
