Plot
Jellicent is back at Jirachi's Observatory with another Jellicent. Quagsire was supposed to be their guest, but he sent Umbreon and Espeon instead. Jellicent has heard rumors that suggest Umbreon and Espeon are in a close relationship, but the two fail to give a definitive answer.
