  • Kecleon wasn't always purple. When the player requests info in the Rescue Team titles and Explorers titles, he explains that his excitement for moves is what gave him a rosy tint.
    • In the main-series Pokémon titles, Kecleon are said to change their color based on mood, or at will, reverting back when startled. It's unclear why this particular Kecleon is seemingly never shown revert back to his original color.[4]
