Frosty Forest(Japanese: じゅひょうの もり, Frosty Forest) is a main-game dungeon accessible in both Red and Blue Rescue Teams, It is the tenth dungeon in the series' main plot, and the third dungeon in the chain of the fugitive period.
After exiting through the mountain of fire that is Mt. Blaze, the player and their partner are wandering through the snow, and come across Frosty Forest. The partner marvels at the forest that had been completely frozen over. They then head over to the entrance of Frosty Forest, and like Mt. Blaze, the partner is given the choice of choosing either the Snow Path or Frosty Forest. Choosing the Snow Path would result in the player and partner going in a circle and ending up where they began, giving the player no choice but to enter Frosty Forest. After traveling through the various levels of Frosty Forest and Frosty Grotto, the player and partner reach the final floor, where Articuno resides. Articuno voices its anger over the fact that the ice in the forest is melting, and blames the player for it all. It then engages the player and partner in a boss battle, in which it is defeated. However, it is still persistent in that the player is the cause of the dilemma, and refuses to let them pass. They are then interrupted by Absol, who assures Articuno that the player is not the cause for the ice melting. Articuno then lets the player and partner through, and they head on.

Part of this page's history has been imported from the PMD Rescue Team Wiki. On September 11, 2019, the Gamepedia Shiren the Wanderer Wiki became the Gamepedia Mystery Dungeon Wiki. As part of the unification project between Fandom and Gamepedia, we absorbed the Rescue Team Wiki and its page histories. Some pages were originally deemed unworthy of being imported and were left behind. We've since imported them with the intent to preserve the edits and history of this community and its contributions, as well as to build upon them. In some cases, these pages have been created again by editors of the MDFW, and the Rescue Team page histories were imported into them at a later date. You can check if this is the case by visiting the page's history.
