Apples (Japanese: リンゴ) are a Food Item in 
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team.
Apples fill the Leader's Belly by 50 and, if consumed whilst the Belly is full, it temporarily increases the maximum belly capacity by 5. The effect wears off after the player exits the dungeon or enters an extension dungeon (e.g. Mt. Blaze Peak, Frosty Grotto). Apples appear as a frequent item in Kecleon Shops, both in Pokémon Square and in dungeons.
Apples may be found in dungeon explorations from Thunderwave Cave onward.
