Big Apples (Japanese: おおきなリンゴ, Large Apple) are a Food Item in 
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team.
It fills the Belly all the way to the max, regardless of how low it is. If consumed whilst the Belly is full, it temporarily increases the belly capacity by 10. The effect wears off after the player exits the dungeon or enters an extension dungeon (e.g. Mt. Blaze Peak, Frosty Grotto).
