Ginseng (Japanese: カテキン, Catechin) is a Health Drink in Game Boy Advance/Nintendo DS Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team.

Ginseng boosts the set move of the leader permanently by 1 or, very rarely, 3. It also slightly fills the Pokémon's Belly by 5. When sticky, it can no longer be ingested by the player, or held or swapped between a player or ally's individual inventory.
