The Normal Maze (Japanese: ノーマルのま) is a Makuhita Dojo maze in / Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team. The dungeon is unlocked initially after Makuhita returns to his dojo. It is filled with Normal-type Pokémon.

It is a training dungeon with three floors and a boss at the end. No Pokémon are recruitable in the dungeon.

There are no Monster Houses, shops, buried items or weather conditions in the dungeon.
