Kyurem (Japanese: キュレム, Kyurem) is a character in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series. He made his debut in Template:GameTitle in 2012.

Gates to Infinity

Kyurem first appears at the end of the hero and his friends' exploration of Glacier Palace. He asks them to not explore the palace beyond a certain point, asks them to leave, and gives them a reward for coming thus fur. He is later revealed to be protecting the Bittercold, and to be helping Munna and her gang. In his next appearance, he freezes the body of Voice of Life's, destroys it, and threatens the hero and partner, explaining that he will not allow them to change fate. When the hero and partner eventually reach Glacier Palace and manage to defeat him, he is convinced that fate can be changed, and roots for the hero.

Gates to Infinity Anime

Kyurem briefly appears and tells the hero and his friends that they should leave Glacier Palace.

Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon

Kyurem makes a minor appearance. He explains that he sees the future and protects it by defeating anyone who wants to change it.

Clash with Kyurem! is Kyurem's boss battle music theme, used in both Gates to Infinity and Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon. Another theme for the character, Confronting Kyurem, is used in Gates to Infinity.
