The Fourth Batch of Monster Families is an unofficial term applied to the 25 Monster Families introduced in 
B
The Bad Pickpocket Family
, consisting of:
- Bad Pickpocket (Japanese: ワルガマラ)
- Bad Thief (Japanese: ワルガマグッチ)
- Bad Burglar (Japanese: ワルガマゴン)
These monsters resemble the Pickpocket Family but behave differently. They steal Gitan, place it on the ground where they warp, and then return to steal more. Unlike the Pickpocket Family, they don't drop Gitan when defeated.
The Badwalrus Family, consisting of:
- Badwalrus (Japanese: ワルっトド)
- Gangwalrus (Japanese: ギャングっトド)
- Fatherwalrus (Japanese: ゴットドファーザ)
These monsters resemble to the Thiefwalrus Family but behave differently. They use regular attacks, steal Items, and place them near Traps or sell them to Shops. Unlike the Thiefwalrus Family, they don't drop items upon defeat.[1]
The Bat Kangaroo Family, consisting of:
- Bat Kangaroo (Japanese: バットカンガルー)
- Evil Kangaroo (Japanese: エビルカンガルー)
- Devil Kangaroo (Japanese: デビルカンガルー)

The Dark Baldness Family, consisting of:
- Dark Baldness (Japanese: やみかむろ)
- Ghost Baldness (Japanese: ようまかむろ)
- Darkness Baldness (Japanese: あんこくかむろ)
The Dead Soldier Family, consisting of:
- Dead Soldier (Japanese: ぼうれいむしゃ)
- Dead Veteran (Japanese: ぼうれいはんにゃ)
- Dead General (Japanese: ぼうれいはんにゃ)
Dead Soldier was introduced as part of the First Batch of Monster Families. Levels 2 - 3 were added in Magic Castle GBC. A level 4 monster called Dead Shogun (Japanese: 大将軍ゾンビ) was added as part of the Sixth Batch of Monster Families.

The Fluffy Bunny Family, consisting of:
- Fluffy Bunny (Japanese: いやしウサギ)
- Lifesaver Bunny (Japanese: きゅうめいウサギ)
The Lifesaver Bunny was added in Magic Castle GBC, while the Fluffy Bunny was part of the Original Batch.

Samuraidon was previously the level 1 monster in Shiren 2 as part of the Third Batch, and a new fourth level, Daimyodon was added as part of the Seventh in Magic Castle DS.

- Sleeping Monk (Japanese: ねむりそうりょ)
- Coma Guru (Japanese: こんすいどうし)
The Soldier Family, consisting of:

The Spike Bomb Family, consisting of:

Spike Blast and Spike Fire were added in Magic Castle GBC, while Spike Bombs were part of the Second Batch. Spike Erupt's were later added as part of the Sixth Batch.
