The Will'o Wisp (Japanese: あやしい人魂) Monster Family is a recurring group of four monsters in the Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer series. It made its debut in  Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer GB2 - Magic Castle of the Desert in 2001, making it part of the Fourth Batch of Monster Families. Its most recent appearance was in  Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer DS2 - Magic Castle of the Desert in 2008.

The Will'o Wisp Family consists of:

1. Will'o Wisp (Japanese: あやしい人魂)
2. Dead Soul (Japanese: おびえた死霊)
3. Evil Soul (Japanese: なげき悪霊)
4. Revenge Ghost (Japanese: うらみ怨霊)
