Rings (Japanese: 指輪) are equipable items in Torneko's Great Adventure: Mystery Dungeon. There are thirteen variants of them in total.

| Disarm Ring | ワナ抜けの指輪 | 500 | Protects against traps. |
| Puppet Ring | 人形よけの指輪 | 250 | Can't lose levels. |
| Return Ring | ルーラの指輪 | 150 | Occasionally warps to a rooms on the current floor. |

| Starve Ring | ハラペコの指輪 | 200 | Speeds up hunger. |
| Strength Ring | ちからの指輪 | 150 | Either raises or decreases Strength by 3. |
