The MouthSeal Scroll (Japanese: くちなしの巻物) is a Scroll in 
Torneko's Great Adventure: Mystery Dungeon
. This Item is exclusive to the More Magic Dungeon and relatively common. On use, this scroll gives Torneko the MouthSealed Status Condition and plays a high-pitched sound effect. Torneko is unable to consume any Food or read any scrolls until he changes Floors.
Stopspell scrolls are one of several negative items exclusive to the More Magic Dungeon. Because all items are unidentified, the player is likely to fall at least once to its effect. Using an X-Ray Scroll (Japanese: インパスの巻物) on a MouthSeal Scroll is rarely worth it. That said, being mouthsealed can be dangerous if Torneko's Belly is almost empty or if he encounters a threat that requires a scroll. Players may want to rush a floor where they've been mouthsealed or use unidentified scrolls right before changing floors to avoid this.
