This Mini Robber Family page is about the Nintendo DS release. For the Super Famicom release, see Shiren 1 SFC:Mini Robber Family.
For the lore page, see Shiren:Mini Robber Family.

The Mini Robber Monster Family (Japanese: 豆山賊系, Mamesanzoku Kei) in Template:GameTitle consists of:

  1. Mini Robber (Japanese: 豆山賊, Mamesanzoku)
  2. Robber (Japanese: 山賊, Sanzoku)
  3. Robber Chief (Japanese: 山賊親分, Sanzokuoyabun)
  4. Robber Lord (Japanese: 山賊大親分, Sanzoku Daioyabun)

They are small furry creatures with brown backs and spherical hands, feet, faces, and bellies. Mini Robbers wear short capes that drape behind and come around their sides, as well as a ribbon face mask tied as a bow at the back. Emerging from their mask are unkempt tufts of brown hair, the same color as the flesh on their back. A cutlass-like sword with a beige handle and a widening blade is wielded in their right hand, which is unlike any other Weapon in Shiren 1.

The color of the monster mask and cape depends on its level:

  • 1 - red, green
  • 2 - khaki green, violet
  • 3 - blue, grey
  • 4 - dark blue, orange

Combat Strategy

Mini Robbers are one of the first monsters encountered in Shiren 1, along with Mamel Family and Chintala Family that players will discover ascending Table Mountain. They are weak, with no special abilities, and so with a decent Weapon and Shield they should not be significantly difficult to fight compared to other monsters at their respective levels. Robber Lords can be dangerous as they have an attack of ~28 without a shield, but otherwise, they are basic monsters.

Meat Strategy

Mini Robber Family Monsters do not have abilities or special qualities, however, there are some qualities to consuming any monster meat in general:

  • Eating any Monster Meat will increase current Fullness by 10 points, with the exception of Hen Meat, which will increase current fullness by 100 points.
  • As a monster, items in Shiren's inventory cannot be accessed and therefore items cannot be: equipped, unequipped, put down, thrown, eaten, dropped, Projectiles, inserted or removed from Jars and jars also cannot be pressed.
  • However, Items and Gitan can still be stolen by Thief-type monsters, items can still be Melding and Seals, become Cursed, be turned into Big Riceball, become Miscellaneous Items, be changed into Weeds or be knocked away.
  • As a monster, items in Shiren's inventory cannot be accessed, and therefore items cannot be: equipped, unequipped, put down, thrown, eaten, dropped, fired, inserted or removed from jars and jars also cannot be pressed.
  • When transforming or reverting into a monster, all Status Abnormalities can be cured, however statuses that prevent the player from acting to perform these actions cannot conventionally be cured in any way.
