Etrian 2:Gauntlet

Gauntlets (Japanese: 拳装備) in  Etrian Mystery Dungeon 2 are items that can be equipped in the weapon slot by Monks.

They increase attack, can have additional effects and some of them can be forged to add effect like stats increase or additional effect when hitting a monster. Normal attacks with Gauntlets inflict Bash Damage. To be forged, each Gauntlets requires a different amount of materials. In addition, Gauntlets can be enchanted to increase their attack by 1 for each enchantment.

Gauntlets can be bought at Garaku Studio, at Bewitching Dungeon Shop or found in dungeons. In order to be bought in Garaku Studio, each Gauntlet requires you to have sold different materials to Garaku Studio. In the store at Garaku Studio, Gauntlets are sorted depending on the attack.

Gauntlets must be equipped to use most Monk skills. It is not possible to equip a shield while wearing Gauntlets.
