Delaying Sigil (Japanese: 鈍足の印石) is a Sigil in Nintendo 3DS Etrian Mystery Dungeon 2(CT) that decreases the movement speed of the target for 5 turns. If the target's speed is increased, it will return to normal and if the target's speed is normal, it will be reduced. A target with reduced speed will be able to act only once every two turns. Delaying Sigil's range is 10 spaces.
