The Bang Scroll (Japanese: イオの巻物) is a Scroll in 
Torneko's Great Adventure: Mystery Dungeon
. This Item is exclusive to the Trial Dungeon and Magic Dungeon where it is relatively common. Using it in a room will deal random fixed Damage that ranges between 5 - 35 to all monsters in that room. Using it in a hallway will instead deal this amount of damage to all monsters on the 8 tiles adjacent to Torneko.
Tips For Use
- Bang Scrolls are very effective at dealing with Monster Houses in the Mysterious dungeon, especially large Monster House such as single room floors. Consider keeping one in your inventory for this eventuality.
- However, Bang Scroll's effectiveness is reduced in the lower floors of the dungeon. Since the monster's HP gets significantly higher than the 5 - 35 damage range, 1 or even 2 Bang Scrolls won't be sufficient for clearing a Monster House. Furthermore, using the Bang Scroll inside a Monster house requires staying inside of it for at least 1 turn. This is dangerous past floors where Eye Balls start spawning since getting confused can prevent you from retreating in a hallway and quickly lead to your defeat.
