Rescue Team:Pitfall Valley
Template:Rescue Team Location Infobox
Pitfall Valley (Japanese: ならくの たに, Hell Valley) is a post-credits dungeon in Template:GameTitle.
It is the second of a two-dungeon chain regarding the Latios and Latias plot. There are no Boss Pokémon here, but the player does in fact rescue Latias at Floor 25.
Kecleon Shops and weather conditions have a chance of occurring at any floor. However, Monster Houses and buried items do not appear. Weather conditions are more likely to appear prior to the dungeon's first layout change.
Pitfall Valley houses a special Wonder Mail code that enables the player to obtain the Mime Jr. Statue.
Plot
After hearing about Latios' story and his motivation behind the thievery of TMs, the Hero then agrees to help Latios save his sister. The player, thanks to the Teleport Gem (although taken significant damage from the events of late main story), is teleported to Pitfall Valley.
When reaching the end of the stage, the player comes across Latias, wounded. Latias then acknowledges the player as the rescuer and the two escape via the Teleport Gem. The scene fades to black.
When the scene resumes, Latias and Latios have reunited and are overjoyed to see each other. They then ask the player if they can join them. No matter what option they choose, the Eon Pokémon are more than happy to join the team and go off to Southern Island.

Part of this page's history has been imported from the PMD Rescue Team Wiki. On September 11, 2019, the Gamepedia Shiren the Wanderer Wiki became the Gamepedia Mystery Dungeon Wiki. As part of the unification project between Fandom and Gamepedia, we absorbed the Rescue Team Wiki and its page histories. Some pages were originally deemed unworthy of being imported and were left behind. We've since imported them with the intent to preserve the edits and history of this community and its contributions, as well as to build upon them. In some cases, these pages have been created again by editors of the MDFW, and the Rescue Team page histories were imported into them at a later date. You can check if this is the case by visiting the page's history.
For a full list of imported pages, see: Pages with histories imported from the PMD Rescue Team Wiki. |
