Rescue Team - Rest Stop Example.png

Rest Stops (Japanese: ???) are places with a statue where the player's game can be saved. It connects different parts of a dungeon. Other rooms where you can not save but still connect parts of the dungeon can be seen in Wish Cave, Magma Cavern and Buried Relic.

Kangaskhan Rocks can be found in every relay point. They normally only allow users who talk to them to save.

Uses in the game

Each relay point acts as a rest stop. Upon reaching the relay point, the HP, PP, and Belly of all Pokémon are restored. Three statues - in front of Mt. Blaze, Frosty Grotto, and [Research required] when the player is a fugitive also allow the user to enter the Kangaskhan Storage. The menu is the same as the menu outside of dungeons, so Jobs can be taken off and accepted if they are already on the list. Pokémon that joined the team in the first part of the dungeon become official members and can stand by. By going back to the lower exit of the relay point, the player returns to the Team Base or the entrance of the dungeon when fugitives. By going to the upper exit of it, the player proceeds to the second part of the dungeons.

Similar to relay points are warp rooms. They only appear in three dungeons, mentioned above, and are empty rooms devoid of randomly spawning Pokémon that serve as cutscene rooms or, in the case of Buried Relic, to continue the dungeon after defeating a boss. They always have a warp tile to progress to the next floor.

Appearances

  • Frosty Forest (connecting Frosty Forest and Frosty Grotto)
  • Magma Cavern (connecting Magma Cavern and Magma Cavern Pit)

Note: If the player has Rescue Missions in the first part of the dungeon, they cannot proceed to the relay point and the rest of the dungeon.

Rescue Team - Lucario Rank Badge art.png Part of this page's history has been imported from the PMD Rescue Team Wiki. On September 11, 2019, the Gamepedia Shiren the Wanderer Wiki became the Gamepedia Mystery Dungeon Wiki. As part of the unification project between Fandom and Gamepedia, we absorbed the Rescue Team Wiki and its page histories. Some pages were originally deemed unworthy of being imported and were left behind. We've since imported them with the intent to preserve the edits and history of this community and its contributions, as well as to build upon them. In some cases, these pages have been created again by editors of the MDFW, and the Rescue Team page histories were imported into them at a later date. You can check if this is the case by visiting the page's history.
