Etrian 1:Mysterious Forest

Mysterious Forest (Japanese: 不思議ノ樹海) is a side-dungeon in Etrian Mystery Dungeon, unlocked after finishing the seventh dungeon, Muspelheim and accepting the mission Investigate Mysterious Forest. This dungeon must be done to lift the seal on the eleventh dungeon, Phantom Depths.

Dungeon information

This dungeon has 31 floors, the last floor being that of a treasure room closed by a door and the Geomagnetic Pole allowing to return to Aslarga. To open the door it is necessary to use a Key, which can be bought from Lizley in the dungeon for 4,000 Ental. It is not possible to use the Wanderer's Dig skill, a Pick-axe or a Golden Pick-axe to dig the walls and enter the room. Behind this door there is 9 Wandering Boxes. In these Boxes you can find Guard Scrolls, Armory Scrolls, Amrita II, Books, White Potion or Ental. The power of the monsters increases from floor 15 and floor 25.

Items and money cannot be brought to the dungeon, they are kept by Mosken and can be retrieved by talking to him when you get back to town. Since equipment can not be brought to the dungeon, an exploring equipment which depends on the class of the character is provided to adventurers.
