Jirachi (Japanese: ジラーチ, Jirachi) is a Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team. Jirachi is the Boss of the post-credits dungeon Wish Cave.
Plot
Jirachi is the legendary wish-granting Pokémon that Medicham tells Team Pokémon about. To gain access to Jirachi, the player must first rescue Medicham on the twentieth floor of Wish Cave. Then Medicham will give the player a Wish Stone, which will allow Jirachi to grant their wish after they defeat it in battle and deny its request to join the Rescue Team.

Wishes
Jirachi grants the following wishes.
- Lots of money.
The floor will be filled with Poké, which you can pick up.
- Lots of items.
The floor will be filled with random items which you can pick up.
- A Friend Area.
You will gain a random Friend Area sold at the Wigglytuff Club.
- More strength.
The floor will be filled with random stat enhancers which you can pick up. The items are chosen from among: Protein, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Joy Seed, Ginseng, Life Seed, and Sitrus Berry.
- Something good!
The most complicated reward. This wish can perform any one out of three possible changes, depending on circumstances.
By default, choosing this wish will cause a random Pokémon to join your Rescue Team. You will also gain access to this Pokémon's Friend Area if you do not already have it. The Pokémon will be at level 1 with a single star for IQ. You cannot get a Pokémon belonging to a Friend Area that is already fully occupied. If there are no Pokémon available for this wish, your Rescue Rank will be raised to the next level, and you will have the minimum number of Rescue Points for that Rank.
If you are already at Lucario Rank, you get a reward of 10,000 Poke instead.

Part of this page's history has been imported from the PMD Rescue Team Wiki. On September 11, 2019, the Gamepedia Shiren the Wanderer Wiki became the Gamepedia Mystery Dungeon Wiki. As part of the unification project between Fandom and Gamepedia, we absorbed the Rescue Team Wiki and its page histories. Some pages were originally deemed unworthy of being imported and were left behind. We've since imported them with the intent to preserve the edits and history of this community and its contributions, as well as to build upon them. In some cases, these pages have been created again by editors of the MDFW, and the Rescue Team page histories were imported into them at a later date. You can check if this is the case by visiting the page's history.
For a full list of imported pages, see: Pages with histories imported from the PMD Rescue Team Wiki. |
